As spring quietly approaches, Tuanbo Lake, in Tianjin's Jinghai district, has welcomed over 10,000 migratory birds.
According to the staff of the Tianjin Tuanbo Bird Nature Reserve Management Committee, the number of migratory birds observed since the beginning of this migration season has set a record for single sightings in recent years.
The Tuanbo Bird Nature Reserve, located in the core of Tuanbo Healthy City, is one of the four major wetland conservation areas in Tianjin and an important "checkpoint" for global migratory birds.
Thanks to Jinghai district's vigorous efforts green development, the number and variety of birds in Tuanbo Lake are increasing.

To create a comfortable resting place for migratory birds, Tuanbo Bird Nature Reserve has vigorously implemented three major projects: water environment management, water ecological protection and water resource management.
It has established an ecological monitoring command and control center, a high-standard ecological laboratory, and it has collaborated with Beijing Forestry University to build an experimental training base, improving the scientific and intelligent water management capability.
Relying on its abundant ecological resources, Jinghai is also leveraging ecotourism as a breakthrough point, striving to create a diversified health industry system that includes leisure vacations, ecological experiences, cultural exchanges and health and sports activities.
