The 2025-2026 Winter Carnival is being held at Tianjin Guanghe Valley Tourism Resort in Tuanbo town of Jinghai district, Tianjin, from Dec 24 to Feb 4. The event is part of efforts to boost winter tourism in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
The resort has developed an outdoor ice and snow park covering over 10,000 square meters. It features more than 10 engaging activities, including snow tubing slopes, snow tank zones, and snowmobile areas, offering immersive fun for all ages.
On New Year's Day and weekends, additional performances and interactive games are scheduled.
As a signature winter event in Jinghai district, the carnival adopts a diversified model integrating snow activities with hot springs, science education, pet interactions, farming experiences, and kart racing, providing a unique winter experience.
After playing in the snow, visitors can relax in natural hot springs, participate in educational activities at the animal kingdom, or simply enjoy some quality time with friends and family.
To cater to different visitors, the resort offers various ticket packages suitable for families, children, and corporate groups. This initiative not only expands local winter recreational options but also boosts regional tourism vitality.
