Jinghai district's diverse cultural and tourism activities ignited a surge in consumption during the nine-day Spring Festival holiday, with integrated ice and snow sports, folk markets, exhibitions, and garden parties.
Nearly 300 people participated in an ice and snow competition, enjoying snow sliding and relay races, as well as intangible heritage markets and calligraphers presenting Spring Festival couplets.
Circus performances and lantern shows at scenic spots drew many families, while cultural events along the Grand Canal flourished with local heritage performances. The Samaranch Memorial also hosted a Winter Olympics exhibition with interactive activities, drawing sports enthusiasts.
At Tianjin Guanghe Valley Tourism Resort, a themed garden party offered character interactions, ice activities, traditional lion dances, and souvenir-making. Combined with animal interactions and hot springs, the resort offered a diverse range of family entertainment.
Through these initiatives, Jinghai's cultural tourism sector thrived, fueling consumer enthusiasm during the holiday season.
